What To Expect
WEEK 1 – ONBOARDING / TRAINING
- $14 per hour (hourly pay) for the full 5-day training week
- Focus: “Speed Cleaning” Training
- NO absences allowed — attendance is required for ALL training days, or training will be terminated
- MUST pass training week to move forward
- Ask questions, stay curious, and make the most of this learning week!
WEEK 2-3 – SHADOWING + SOLO PRACTICE
- Work ~16-20 hours per week (half-day loads) to build confidence
- Begin working as a solo cleaner (if Week 1 was passed successfully)
- You’ll have the same recurring clients on your schedule → build trust + teach them to love having you as their cleaner!
- Apply Speed Cleaning techniques + aim for excellence
- Extra money is available through commercial weekend jobs
WEEK 4+ – CERTIFIED TECHNICIAN
- Full schedule of 2-3 houses per day
- Paid hourly based on Job Ticket Hours (JTH) (see attached pay structure for details)
- To climb tiers: stay consistent, dependable, and maintain 5-star satisfaction ratings
- Clients will love you, and you’ll make excellent pay!
