As Cleaning by Design thrives and extends its commitment to infuse harmony into your home with top-notch, consistent cleanings, we’re enhancing our late cancellation/no-show policy to ensure the highest level of service through a strong team. Our company’s strength lies in our dedicated cleaners, who form the foundation of our team. To uphold a strong team, we prioritize consistent daily schedules for each cleaning technician to avoid wage losses.

RESCHEDULE / CANCELATION / LOCK-OUT POLICY

Scheduled Services for Top to Bottom, General Cleaning, Post Construction, Move out/in Cleaning

At least 48 business hours’ notice (excluding weekends) is required. We must adhere strictly to this policy to prevent lost wages for your cleaning technician.

If a cleaning appointment is canceled less than 48 business hours’ in advance, a 50% rate of service will be charged based on the rate of your scheduled service.
